free worldwide delivery - taxes and duties included



Jewellery purchased on FINEMATTER are shipped directly from the designers studios. If you have ordered pieces from more than one brand, they will be delivered separately from each brand.

We ship worldwide, with the help of our courier partner DHL.

Once you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation email from FINEMATTER, to acknowledge that your order has gone through, and another once the local design studio has processed your order and packed it for delivery.

Once your delivery has been picked up you will receive an email update with a tracking number, which will allow you to follow the progress of your delivery. You can always check on the status of your order in your ‘my account’ pages, or directly with DHL using your tracking number.

Deliveries are usually made between 9am and 5pm on weekdays. Dependant on your location our courier will send you an SMS and ask for your specific wishes to delivery address or box, if you are not present at the delivery address in day time.


Deliveries from FINEMATTER are insured for a full coverage, through our logistics partner DHL.

Any damage that would occur to the jewellery or any loss of the package on its way to you, are fully insured, and full coverage insurance is included in the free shipping.

Should the package be lost or damaged, you will receive a full and immediate refund for your purchase.


FINEMATTER offers free worldwide shipping with deliveries brought to your door by courier.



FINEMATTER will deliver in 2 or 3 days, to most of the world.

If no specific comments about delivery time, for the jewellery you are ordering, the standard delivery term is valid.

For jewellery in stock, the order will be processed same day.

Please though, allow extra days added to our standard delivery time, for jewellery that are customised for you, or where the designer works on a piece-by-piece production basis.

Please se comments for the exact jewellery to know how many days to expect to add to the standard delivery terms. If any extra days added to the 2-3 days standard time it will be marked for each product on the product page.

You will always receive an e-mail notice when your order is sent from the designer studio, so that you know when to expect it.


You will receive an email from us, once your order is on its way. It will give you details for tracking your order, so that you can follow the delivery ans specific delivery time.
